Josiah Hasbrouck

Josiah Hasbrouck graduated from Cairn in May 2023 with a BA in Politics and minors in Bible and Philosophy. While at Cairn, he served as a Student Government Association officer and a Teacher’s Assistant for Dr. Williams. The American Enterprise Institute’s Young Scholars Program sponsored Josiah’s Honors thesis on natural law in 16th-18th century Protestant thought. Josiah has participated in internships and fellowships with the John Jay Institute, Maine Policy Institute, Institute on Religion and Democracy, and First Liberty Institute. Beginning Fall 2024, Josiah will attend the University of Notre Dame, pursuing a Master of Theological Studies with a concentration in Moral Theology. After graduation, he hopes to earn a PhD and work in education.
